How the work is coordinated
Preparing for loading
We clarify shipment readiness, vessel details and loading conditions. Package weights, dimensions and packaging are considered when discussing the work with the responsible contractors.
Loading and vessel handover
We coordinate cargo presentation and loading within the agreed port scope, maintain communication with the customer and participants, and monitor accessible cargo condition during handover.
Positioning and securing
We coordinate securing arrangements with the responsible participants. The method, materials, contractors and acceptance procedure must be agreed for the specific shipment before the work starts.
Service scope
Loading and securing arrangements depend on the cargo and vessel. Sea freight, onward transport and destination-port unloading are not automatically included.
