How the work is coordinated
Receiving shipment documents
We receive documents from the driver or for the rail shipment and check that the basic cargo, package-count, shipper and receiver information needed for the agreed work is available.
Clarifying missing information
If data is missing or inconsistent, we contact the customer’s responsible representative. Corrections and additional documents are requested from the relevant supply-chain participant.
Supporting port operations
We coordinate information transfer for port entry, handling and loading preparation. The required document set and responsibility for preparing it are established for each shipment and route.
